The service is sometimes unprofessional and meant for the usual customers. You never feel quite at home.
The food, on the other hand, is quite good and satisfactory. I loved the "Ovos Rotos".
Maybe next time I'll get a better impression.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We cafe here with a Portuguese friend who recommended the place. The selection of beer and menu options was excellent. We tried the IPA, Dunkel and Weiss and all were good. For food we had the steak and hamburger which were generous portions and excellent flavour. Would recommend this place

Regional recipes cooked with local ingredients that for sure will not only please your stomach but your eyes and nose as well.
The decoration of the restaurant successfully captures the recipes theme.
Make sure to get a reservation because it is very easy to find a group of people waiting outside for a chance to eat at this very welcoming place.
Ask for opinion from the staff and you will be very well advised!
I would make this a mandatory stop to anyone visiting Covilhã.
