The food is the best we’ve had in Lisbon. Go here…. You won’t be disappointed.

Menu is amazing, decor is superb and respectful of the heritage roots it enjoys. A must in Lisbon! To say that I was more than perfectly surprised is an understatement.

The service is lovely and they made great recommendations of the plates an wines after I asked for advice. O loved that the place was so authentic, with the menu handed to us on Portuguese only and all the other tables. Hidden gem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid! I’m kicking myself for stopping here right across from the train station — but not too many places were open on New Year’s Day. Twice as expensive as typical and small portions. Waited 45 minutes for any food to arrive. The worst (sour) wine I’ve had in Portugal. Plus I’m pretty sure a drug deal was going on at a nearby table. The bread was sourdough and 3euros for 4 small pieces. Waiter was not attentive. Food was ok flavor wise but looked like it could’ve been taken from someone else’s leftovers.
