A última vez que o visitei tinha sido há uns 5 anos e de facto lembro-me agora as razões pelas quais não voltei mais. Tendo pedido a francesinha, a mesma vinha com o bife cheio de nervo, tanto a salsicha fresca como a linguiça deveriam estar mais cozinhadas, caso contrário, parecem pastilha elástica no palato. Não senti o pão torrado, mas deveria ser para não parecer tão mole e não combinar com o resto dos ingredientes. As batatas estavam aquecidas e pareciam restos em comparação com as acabadinhas de ser cozinhadas na mesa ao lado. Por fim o molho estava quase intragável, não tendo muito sabor a nada embora estivesse ligeiramente picante (nada contra isso). This comment refers only to the francesinha and is an account of the experience, not exactly a critique. This was a place I loved to go to in the past. The last time I visited him was about 5 years ago and in fact I now remember the reasons why I didn't come back. Having asked for the francesinha, it came with the ribbed steak, both fresh sausage and sausage should be cooked better, otherwise they look like chewing gum on the palate. I didn't feel the toasted bread, but it should be so as not to look too soft and not to match the rest of the ingredients. The potatoes were warm and leftover compared to the freshly cooked ones on the next table. Finally the sauce was almost unpalatable, having little taste to anything though it was slightly spicy (nothing against that).
