No que respeia a encomendar 2 doses de batata frita e receber, supostamente no mesmo recipiente as ditas 2 doses, pois segundo o funcionário com que entrei em contacto, como segue foto em anexo, este recipiente que é do tamanho do qual vem uma francesinha especial, corresponde às 2 doses de batata frita!!! Todos os locais onde até hoje encomendei sempre vieram separadas as doses solicitadas. O que fez logo me induzir em erro e pensar que houvesse alguma falha no pedido e apenas tivesse recebido 1 dose. Mas, infelizmente, segundo o dito, são questões de gestão do serviço. Duas doses servidas no mesmo recipiente sem qualquer informação a dar a entender o assunto referido, além de , no meu entender, MUITO MAL servidas as supostas 2 doses, no mínimo lamentável!!! Pagamos e encomendamos a pensar que as empresas em questao agirão de boa fé e saberão reconhecer quando chamadas à atenção, mas pelos vistos não. A única resposta que se houve é "política da empresa"!!! Só me resta dizer lamentável. TERRIBLE in service and with regard to serving and separating the doses from the requested orders! We pay and order thinking that the companies in question will act in good faith and will know how to recognize when called to attention, but apparently not. The only answer is "company policy"!!! It only remains for me to say regrettable.

A carne tenrra a qualidade dos ingredientes, frescos, as sangrias uma maravilha tudo excelente e acima de tudo segurança tanto dos funcionários como dos clientes...
