P	Pedro Santos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive o azar de ter ido de moto e não de carro, logo que me viram com equipamento de mota torceram o nariz e queriam que me sentasse no snack-bar, sítio que eu conheço por ser desconfortável, com empregados sempra a passar, isto apesar de haver lugares vagos na sala de refeições. Insisti e lá me sentei na sala, que dizer das sardinhas que consumi? congeladas e demasiado cozinhadas, pedi pão, levaram meia-hora para entregar e mesmo assim tive de pedir 3 vezes a 2 empregados diferentes. Frieza e sorrisos falsos do início ao fim da refeição por parte da senhora empregada da sala, nem me importei em saber o nome, tem uns 40 anos e cabelos compridos pintados de ruivo. Aprendi a lição, da próxima vez vou à Roda ali perto ou ao Favas Contadas dentro do centro comercial Fonte Nova e gasto 40 euros, depois ainda volto e mostro-lhes a factura. O ambiente era tão mau que mesmo apesar de pretender comer mais alguma coisa só quis ir embora. O Talismã tem uma boa pastelaria mas alguns empregados devem pensar que têm o rei na barriga, estão mal habituados porque há cada vez menos sítios e eles estão bem localizados. A culpa também é minha, por 3 vezes recentemente fui lá e já sabia que ia ser mal tratado, o que me leva a voltar às vezes é ter boas memórias de quando andava na escola ali perto, era um ambiente diferente, menos preconceituoso. Coldness and false smiles from the start to the end of the meal by the lady in the room, I didn't even care to know the name, she is about 40 years old and has long hair dyed red. I learned my lesson, next time I go to Roda nearby or to Favas Contadas inside the Fonte Nova shopping center and spend 40 euros, then I still go back and show them the invoice. The atmosphere was so bad that even though I wanted to eat something else, I just wanted to leave. Talisman has a good pastry shop but some employees must think they have the king in their belly, they are not used to it because there are fewer and fewer places and they are well located. It is also my fault, 3 times recently I went there and I already knew I was going to be treated badly, what makes me come back sometimes is to have good memories of when I was at school nearby, it was a different environment, less prejudiced.

Depois a comida também não surpreende nem contribui para voltar a repetir. Room service leaves a lot to be desired. No idea of service. Disorder and lack of attention to customers.
