Es una companya muy pobre y desagradable que esta tratando de ganar la plata rechazando a clientes que no estan informados sobre las puertas apenas 50 mins antes de salida en la pantalla de informacion y llegan a la puerta 20 mins al embarque de la puerta. Luego a clientes rechzados les toca decidir con el proximo vuelo casi mas de cinco veces caro o dirigirse a la salida.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A TAP Express (Portugália) é uma óptima companhia aérea. Para voos curtos, as refeições são completas. Tripulação simpática. Apenas houve um atraso de cerca de 1 hora num dos meus voos.
TAP Express (Portugália) is a great airline. For short flights, meals are complete. Friendly crew. There was only a delay of about 1 hour on one of my flights.

Uns wurde 30 Minuten vor Abflug mitgeteilt dass der Abflug um 3.5 Stunden verschoben wird.
Der Anschlussflug von Lissabon nach Frankfurt verschob sich um 6 Stunden nach hinten. Dadurch erreichen wir den Zug nicht und kommen so über 14 Stunden später am Ziel an
Alles in allem inkompetent und nicht zu empfehlen.
Underground.
We were informed 30 minutes before departure that the departure would be delayed by 3.5 hours.
The connecting flight from Lisbon to Frankfurt was delayed by 6 hours. As a result, we do not catch the train and arrive at our destination more than 14 hours later
All in all incompetent and not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As with other passengers my flight from Toulouse to Lisbon was cancelled at short notice. The alternative offered instead went to Brussels followed by a 2 hour wait and a 3 hour flight to Lisbon. This seems to be happening more and more with no accountability. How airline companies can get away with this is beyond me.
