 I have been going to the Coelhos tavern for several years. I repeat and I will continue to be dependent on soups, grilled meats and rabbit, of course.

Excellent service, the best food. We tried several dishes, but the favorites were the rabbit and the fried chicken. I recommend!

Con el plato principal se incluyen un plato de patatas gigante y una ensalada de tomate exquisito. Comimos dos platos y las guarniciones, con una botella grande de agua, por apenas 20 euros los dos, una pasada.
It is a small place away from the road, but it only takes about 10 minutes, the food is homemade and delicious. The main course includes a giant potato dish and an exquisite tomato salad. We ate two dishes and the side dishes, with a large bottle of water, for just 20 euros both, one last time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic food and always fantastic service. You need to have a sense of humour to understand the owner and his ironic way of being, but better restaurant in the area you'll not find. Over the years we have become loyal and regular guest and try to visit at least once every vacation in Portugal, even if we have to drive for hours. Don't expect a gourmet feeling but you will get 5 * food!
