★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recebo mensagem às 5h45 da manhã a dizer que carro está a caminho, às 6h04 hóspede liga a dizer que o táxi ainda não chegou.
Carro aparece às 6h15, com os hóspedes super preocupados de não conseguir chegar a horas, eu que só quis ajudar não voltei a adormecer.
Já não é a primeira vez que acontece e mesmo assim resolvi tentar novamente, agora chega! Não recomendo mais!
 I get a message at 5:45 am to say that a car is on the way, at 6:04 am guest calls to say that the taxi has not yet arrived.
The car shows up at 6:15 am, with the guests super worried about not being able to arrive on time, I just wanted to help and I didn't fall asleep again.
It is not the first time it has happened and even so I decided to try again, now enough! I don't recommend it anymore!

A nice feature, but it doesn't work if the service is canceled three times in a row like it just happened. That's how the competition gains ground.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good app but driver kept trying to cancel by driving away. Eventually returned and drove fast with no care. A shame as public taxis in Lisbon are normally superb.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attention. Fraudulant and malicious driver with drivers plate 01 Q0 79 and taxi number 450.
I drove many time from my place to train station. About 5 km. Took always about 10 €. Today night I took a taxi link and was charged 25 €. The driver took unnecessary detours and charged extra supplements. Take care folks.
