★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um serviço que se diz 24h e atende um senhor que deveria estar a dormir, nem sabia o que estava a dizer nem onde estava. Muito mau mesmo.
Mas alguém vos disse que o telefonema foi ontem??? Pelo tipo de resposta e pesquisa, percebo que seja normal estarem a dormir...depois queixam se que as pessoas não andam de táxi, em vez de pensarem em melhorar estão à procura de desculpas para um mau serviço.
Até nunca porque não merecem o meu tempo.
A service that says 24h and attends a gentleman who should be sleeping, didn't even know what he was saying or where he was. Really bad.
But did someone tell you that the call was yesterday ??? From the type of response and research, I realize that it is normal for them to be asleep ... then they complain that people don't take a taxi, instead of thinking about improving they are looking for excuses for a bad service.
Not even because they don't deserve my time.
