A minha filha desde que começou a praticar kickboxing (o pouco por pena nossa que o fez devido ao covid )mudou logo de atitude (muito mais calma)principalmente na escola. My daughter, since she started practicing kickboxing (the little out of our pity that she did it due to her covid), soon changed her attitude (much calmer), especially at school. O mestre está sempre disponível para ajudar e ensinar, muito bom e eficaz na sua comunicação com quem frequenta o ginásio, tanto durante os treinos como para passar informações importantes via mensagem, e acima de tudo é uma pessoa bastante simpática. O local tem bom estacionamento e, pelo menos para mim, também está bem localizado para ir de autocarro. Excellent gym to learn and train kickboxing. The master is always available to help and teach, very good and effective in his communication with those who attend the gym, both during training and to pass on important information via message, and above all he is a very nice person. The place has good parking and, for me at least, it is also well located for taking the bus.

The instructors are super kind and they're always paying attention to the class practice, correcting exercise constantly, so we don't feel like we are just pushing or beating randomly. There's a big team spirit. Nuno is THE guy!! It was a really great surprise and I can only recommend to everyone who's interested in practicing some kicks and punches. With Nuno and Irina you'll be in great hands.
