★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi a empresa de contabilidade mais cara que encontrámos, mas pensámos que pagando pelo preço (o qual é mais caro do que o que propõem) que o serviço fosse incontestável.
Não respondem no próprio dia nem a e-mails, nem a chamadas, chegámos a ter de ir aos escritórios para resolvermos assuntos simples. Chegámos a esperar semanas por uma resposta.
Por fim nunca chegámos a receber o valor do IVA porque a empresa inseriu uma conta errada (em tempos de pandemia).
Nunca responderam nem a chamadas nem a e-mails, nem um pedido de desculpas.
Este é o tipo de empresas de contabilidade que pode prejudicar massivamente as pequenas e médias empresas pelo que não recomendamos.
It was the most expensive accounting firm we found, but we thought that paying the price (which is more expensive than what they propose) would make the service indisputable.
They do not respond to emails or calls on the same day, we even had to go to the offices to resolve simple matters. We even waited weeks for an answer.
Finally, we never received the VAT amount because the company entered the wrong account (in times of pandemic).
They never responded to calls or emails, or an apology.
This is the type of accounting firms that can massively harm small and medium-sized businesses, which is why we do not recommend it.
