★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Left my Samsung Blu Ray Player with them 2 times as it was in 'Protection Mode' and I couldn't use it.
At the first time they kept it over a month and finally called me to say to come pick it up as in their opinion it was working fine.
I decided to try again after a few months and in beginning of June 2021 left it with them again. After 3 weeks I got a call to say they cannot fix it as the faulty part is not in stock anymore. I've asked which part was it and was told on the phone I will be informed about it when I come pick the BluRay player.
Next day when I picked it up I was told they cannot tell me the name of the broken part as the person responsible for service didn't leave a note with information and was not present.
I was told they would call me later that day to inform me regarding the broken piece.
After 1 week there has been no call and after sending a few emails no answer.
TECHLAND as authorised Samsung service is a digrace, very poor service.
