Amateur service and poor quality. I went to get a broken screen and I had a mobile phone inoperable because they damaged the handset system. They didn't solve my problem and said that it was my responsibility to have a phone of this brand and that I would have to wait for the brand to come up with a solution to a problem that the phone never had. It was just a broken screen.
