★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Após agendamento com alguma antecedência e confirmação por parte da empresa, deixamos um veículo para colocação de bola de reboque e respetiva parte elétrica.
No entanto e após o veículo de serviço estar um dia inteiro a porta desde senhores, recebo um contacto para o ir buscar visto não ser possível fazer o serviço por falta de material, "anteriormente tudo combinado" até ai tudo bem poderiam pedir o material e contactar o cliente para uma futura montagem,
após 10 dias nenhum contacto nem qualquer interesse em prestar o serviço, nenhuma satisfação quanto a nossa deslocação e nosso veículo de serviço retido 1 dia inteiro a porta dos senhores, gerando custos do dia e sem quaisquer responsabilidade para com o cliente.
Lamentável, forma medíocre de tratar o Cliente sem avaliação possível.

After scheduling with some advance and confirmation by the company, we leave a vehicle for placing the tow ball and its electrical part.
However, after the service vehicle has been at the door for a whole day, gentlemen, I get a contact to pick you up since it is not possible to do the service due to lack of material, "previously everything agreed" so far you could ask for the material and contact the customer for future assembly,
after 10 days no contact or any interest in providing the service, no satisfaction regarding our travel and our service vehicle retained 1 full day at your door, generating costs for the day and without any responsibility to the customer.
Regrettable, mediocre way of treating the Client without possible evaluation.
