Comprei uma lavagem automática c/ lavador. Não percebi qual é a politica que usam, pois o lavador só se limitou a "molhar" a viatura com a máquina de lavar em modo baixa pressão e nem sequer colocou espuma ou esfregou. É lamentável que isto funcione assim. Noutras áreas de serviço, não pagamos o extra lavador e a viatura é esfregada de uma ponta à outra. A empresa não tem contacto email para poder expor este assunto diretamente. É favor rever a política de "lavador" e atualizar os contactos para futuros assuntos.

I bought an automatic wash with washer. I did not understand what policy they use, as the washer only "wetted" the car with the washer in low pressure mode and did not even foam or scrub. It is unfortunate that this works like this. In other service areas, we do not pay the extra washer and the car is scrubbed from end to end. The company has no email contact to be able to expose this subject directly. Please review the "washer" policy and update contacts for future matters.
