Infelizmente dois técnicos não foram capazes de diagnosticar o problema, num simples frigorífico de uma marca prestigiada que representam.
Paguei 86 euros só para fazer o diagnóstico, orçamentaram a reparação em 220 euros…
Recorremos a um segundo prestador de serviços da mesma área, resolveram o problema por 56,58.
Não foi necessário levar qualquer peça.
No mínimo a empresa que não solucionou, devia de fazer o estorno dos 30 euros de taxas que foram imputadas indevidamente.
Quando dizem assistência técnica altamente qualificada devem de rever o significado da mesma.
