★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered one of the pizzas. The ingredients seemed fresh, but overall it was very fatty and heavy, and the dough was bland and thick, American style. It might work for you if you like it that way.
Worst of all, I had to wait for 15 minutes to order and then 30 minutes more to get my pizza. It was not a rush hour and there were 10 people inside, waiting for ages, just like me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I generally have no complaints, but this evening has been a farce. Delivery man arrives and my daughter went to meet him. Not knowing what the order was she took the 2 pizzas and 2 garlic bread he handed her. Paid the bill and came back in. Then she asked why I ordered garlic bread. I hadn't. I ordered and subsequently paid for 3 pizzas. I called and spoke to the help desk and advised them of the issue. They said someone would call me back from the shop. 10 minutes later the delivery man came back. My daughter hands him the order and he apologises says he will be back in 5 minutes with my order and leaves. 30 minutes later a rude man calls asking what's the problem and if I haven't received my order. No I haven't and still haven't. He assures me I'll get it in 20 minutes. That was 20 minutes ago. Still no sign of the pizzas!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I order the vegan pizza a lot from telepizza Matosinhos. It’s my favorite pizza ever, it’s really delicious especially because of the vegan “cheese” topping. The order usually takes 30-45 minutes to arrive, which is normal since I live about 15 minutes away from the place. The pizza always arrives hot and with the correct ingredients.
