He would be arrogant in customer service, after a simple order of just drinks, he brought it to the table without it being clean and disinfected and with the cups in the previous customers ... since we are in a situation of covid 19 and are talking about restoration, I think it is a shame not to pick up the table from previous customers, even though I asked to collect it, the employee did not collect all the cups or disinfect the table.

Pizza knows telepizza so it's good, however I usually order for home delivery and it's always 1: 30/2 hours late for delivery. Unfortunately the only telepizza that delivers to my area if I wouldn't choose another one.

Poor quality pizzas. The employees practically don't put tomato sauce on the pizza. Dry pizza.

The pizzas are good, they are not very thick. The price seems a bit high but they taste good. I would go again, but not consecutively. That's why I give it 4 stars. The attention is fast, very friendly, attentive and cordial.

Super late and poor service! I ordered 3 pizzas for 18:45, I was contacted by the staff to ask me if I could change the starters as they didn't have them in store (18:20), nothing was said to me beyond that! At around 19:10, I contacted the store to ask if the service was taking too long as it was already around 20 minutes late, to which I was informed that the home delivery service only started at 19:00 and that my order was actually leaving the store at that precise moment. . Around 19:50, I was contacted by the delivery boy telling me he was at my door, in addition to the delay, which is not my surprise, only 2 of the pizzas came (which I didn't even confirm if they were the ones I had ordered), but the invoice contained the 3 pizzas. The delivery person contacted the store that refused to make the missing pizza and was willing to make a discount, I informed them that I would not receive the delivery as it did not reach the people who were going to eat. I was contacted again by the store where a super arrogant employee distorted the real issue, had given information to the delivery person to leave the pizzas that were, making the discount and that he would make the other as soon as possible and deliver. To point out that among the people who were going to eat, one was a child who stayed to wait for dinner for about 2 hours. Conclusion In addition to super late delivery, they don't know how to look at what the customer is asking for and still think they have the biggest reason in the world, counter service requires sympathy and understanding with the customer even if he or she isn't right!
