★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito mau atendimento, pedi massa fina mandam massa alta, disseram que iam trocar em 15/20m, apareceram ao fim de 35m...e devolver as que se enganaram sem qualquer atenção pelo cliente...
Very poor service, I asked for thin pasta, they send high pasta, they said they were going to change in 15 / 20m, they showed up after 35m ... and return the ones that were wrong without any attention by the customer ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento telefónico é péssimo o rapaz q me atendeu é super antipático. Não ouve os pedidos e pede agressivamente que se repita. E ainda me desligou o telefone na cara.
The phone service is terrible, the guy who answered me is super unfriendly. He does not listen to requests and asks aggressively to repeat himself. And he still hung up on me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito mau. Uma desorganização como não vi igual, não foi a primeira nem segunda nem mesmo a terceira vez que se esqueceram dos nossos pedidos.
Estávamos em família a contar ter um jantar agradável e infelizmente conseguimos por outro meio mas ao fim de 45min de espera da vossa parte e sem sucesso.
Telepizza da areosa nada recomendada.
Desilusão total!
Very bad. A disorganization as I have not seen the same, was not the first or second or even the third time that our requests were forgotten.
We were in the family expecting to have a nice dinner and unfortunately we did it by another means but after 45 minutes of waiting on your part and without success.
Telepizza da Areosa nothing recommended.
Total disappointment!

more than an hour and a half to deliver 1 pizza. I called and they yelled at me that they only have 2 drivers. Last pizza I order from this company.

I've had pizza in several countries and the worst pizza is here, I ask the employee to know first and find out who the pizza is and not give customers something that has nothing to do with pizza and with a higher price.

Young and modern place, with a huge variety of products that allows countless possibilities for a quick meal, with time the service has been improving, making the waiting time to be minimal, thus making a meal a pleasant experience. The products are made to order and to taste. Undoubtedly recommendable.
