Incomplete home delivery, incorrect order. Poor phone service to resolve the issues raised. Food arrives cold. Burnt burger and unpalatable potatoes.

Today I ordered two pizzas at 8:07 pm, the pizzas arrived at my house it was 9:00 pm and cold, lives 3km from the telepizza, terrible service!

Não recomendo
terrible phone service at the new telepizza in Santa marta do pinhal corrodes them, the person who answered was rude and did not know how to speak on the phone, in the end he sent me to another telepizza store without helping me or taking my order.

já sei ou que a pizza vai vir com a massa crua, ou sem sabor, em comparação com a de Corroios a de Santa Marta é uma vergonhosa e é com muito desagrado que deixo este comentário, mas infelizmente n aguentei mais a falta de respeito para com o cliente.
Always delivery with rude people, it is already so usual that when I get Santa Marta, (because sometimes the app selects between Santa Marta and Corroios)
I already know that the pizza will come with the raw dough, or without flavor, compared to the one in Corroios, the one in Santa Marta is a disgrace and I am very displeased to leave this comment, but unfortunately I couldn't stand the lack of respect any more for with the client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recebo mail de confirmação de pedido às 20:08 com entrega prevista 20:40. Entro em contato com a loja às 21:30 e sou informada " ah sim.. o seu pedido acabou de sair do forno ". 21:40, 1 hora depois do suposto, ainda a aguardar. Reclamação certa!!!
I receive an order confirmation email at 20:08 with delivery scheduled at 20:40. I contact the store at 9:30 pm and am told "oh yes.. your order has just come out of the oven". 9:40 pm, 1 hour later than supposed, still waiting. Sure complaint!!!
