Nao falo de apenas uma vez. Falo de algumas vezes que eu ou colegas minhas fazem o pedido e chega muito tempo depois.
Os entregadores nunca sabem onde é mesmo eu deixando notas especificas.
 If you want to eat at 20:00, order at 18:00. It's not even worth making an appointment as they always arrive 30 minutes after ordering.
I don't speak just once. I talk about sometimes that I or my colleagues make the request and it arrives a long time later.
Delivery guys never know where it is even if I leave specific notes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Encomendei uma pizza no dia 14/01/2022, além de ser entregue uma hora depois do que estava previsto, vinha morna. A opção era comer a mesma ou reclamar e ficar mais não sei quanto tempo à espera do pedido de substituição. O pedido foi feito às 20 horas e entregue às 21:50 sem qualquer tipo de desculpa ou contrapartida. Não me parece de todo um bom serviço ao cliente.
I ordered a pizza on 01/14/2022, in addition to being delivered an hour later than expected, it was lukewarm. The option was to eat the same one or complain and stay longer, I don't know how long, waiting for a replacement order. The order was placed at 20:00 and delivered at 21:50 without any kind of apology or compensation. Doesn't sound like good customer service to me at all.
