Contudo, com o aumento da procura pelos serviços do Rui, devido aos grandes conhecimentos na área (provavelmente dos melhores em Portugal), a "vontade" de querer atender muita gente (enquanto estava a ser tratado estavam outras duas pessoas em outros gabinetes também a receber apoio, havendo rotação entre gabinetes) resultou num serviço de pior qualidade relativamente ao passado, sem atenção ao cliente. Se pretende um serviço personalizado e focado em si este não é o local.
Sugiro que, para melhoria do serviço prestado, em vez de atender tanta gente ao mesmo tempo, aumente o preço e dedique mais tempo a cada paciente (a qualidade do serviço e conhecimentos justificam esse aumento caso dedique atenção a cada cliente em específico).
The space itself has all the conditions and equipment necessary for excellent customer service. However, with the increase in demand for Rui's services, due to the great knowledge in the area (probably the best in Portugal), the "desire" to want to serve a lot of people (while he was being treated there were two other people in other offices also receiving support, with rotation between offices) resulted in a service of worse quality compared to the past, without attention to the customer. If you want a personalized and focused service, this is not the place.
I suggest that, to improve the service provided, instead of attending to so many people at the same time, increase the price and dedicate more time to each patient (the quality of service and knowledge justify this increase if you dedicate attention to each specific client).
