★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito mau. Em 4 encomendas só uma é que veio correta. Cadeiras com pernas defeituosas, moveis sem dobradiças, e um sofá com 2 dias com um ranger de madeira no interior como se tivesse 10 anos. Atendimento pessimo, não atendem telefones e nem respondem a 1 unico email no espaço de 1 mês.
Very bad. In 4 orders, only one was correct. Chairs with defective legs, furniture without hinges, and a 2-day sofa with a wooden squeak inside as if it were 10 years old. Terrible service, they don't answer phones and don't even answer a single email within 1 month.

A loja tem outro nome, não tem multibanco nem nada do gênero, tive de andar alguns quilómetros para levantar dinheiro. Estou a mais de 30 dias a espera de resposta do serviço pós venda que aparente mente só é contactável por e-mail.

The store has a different name, it doesn't have an ATM or anything like that, I had to walk a few kilometers to raise money. I have been waiting for more than 30 days for a response from the after-sales service that apparently can only be reached by email.
