★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local para estacionamento de pesados, péssimo para ficar a dormir, WC porreiro para apanhares o covi19, caixotes do lixo a transbordar até cair lixo pro chão. Falta de boa vigia, limpeza, respeito pelos colegas que estão a descansar.
Heavy-duty parking space, terrible for sleeping, nice toilet to pick up the covi19, garbage bins overflowing until trash falls to the floor. Lack of good watch, cleanliness, respect for colleagues who are resting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Facil acesso, perto do nò de acesso à A1. Esta Infraestrutura creio que foi construída nos anos 80 e passado todos estes anos está praticamente igual. Após a entrada no mercado único Europeu o seu principal propósito, como posto alfandegário deixou de existir. Foi vendida em 2007 à Mota-Engil e agora é propriedade (salvo erro) de um grupo Turco, que adquiriu todo o negócio logística à Empresa Portuguesa. Considero um espaço com muito potencial para a logística mas mal aproveitado e algo degradado e como aspecto muito negativo destaco a cobertura dos armazéns toda em amianto.
No local existem vários escritórios de Empresas de Transporte e outras que estão a operar alguns dos armazéns.
Era bem vinda uma modernização.
Easy access, near the access point to the A1. This Infrastructure I believe was built in the 80s and after all these years is practically the same. After the entry into the European single market, its main purpose, as a customs post, ceased to exist. It was sold in 2007 to Mota-Engil and is now owned (except in error) by a Turkish group, which acquired the entire logistics business from Empresa Portuguesa. I consider it a space with a lot of potential for logistics but poorly used and somewhat degraded and as a very negative aspect I highlight the coverage of the warehouses all in asbestos.
There are several transport companies' offices and others operating some of the warehouses.
Modernization was welcome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Girteka, есть паркинг, это уже хорошо, туалет есть, оплата при выезде 8,5€ /сутки, при въезде сообщаешь , фирму, номера прицепа и авто, имя.
Рядом есть магазины а так же остановка электрички, 8 остановок и вы в Лиссабоне.
