Fui atendida a pressa, só me apresentaram uma opção, tentaram impingir canais de TV, quando disse que não queria e deveriam ligar-me de volta com o resultado da fibra e para assinar o contrato de internet. Continuo a espera até hoje que me liguem.
I joined to purchase a fixed internet service and find out if I could have fiber in October. I was attended to in a hurry, they only presented me with an option, tried to impose TV channels, when I said I didn't want to and they should call me back with the fiber result and to sign the internet contract. I still wait until today to be called.
