★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência incrível. Eu nunca tinha feito uma sessão de Reiki e não sabia o que esperar. Amanda foi muito atenciosa explicando todos os passos da sessão. No começo fizemos exercícios de meditação e respiração que acalmaram a mente e depois a sessão de Reiki. Também não sabia que podíamos fazer Reiki junto com outras terapias como cristais e óleos essenciais. Achei bem legal e super recomendo.
Amazing experience. I had never had a Reiki session and I didn't know what to expect. Amanda was very helpful explaining all the steps of the session. In the beginning we did meditation and breathing exercises that calmed the mind and then the Reiki session. I also didn't know that we could do Reiki along with other therapies like crystals and essential oils. I thought it was really cool and I highly recommend it.
