★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de ética e profissionalismo. Recebi na minha casa um comercial (Paulo) ao qual dediquei 1h do meu dia para explicar o projeto e para o qual ficaram de enviar orçamento. Enviei 3 emails para seguimento do tema e nem se dignaram a responder. Falta de respeito pelos seus potenciais clientes. Se não estão interessados em trabalhar ou fazer algum projeto específico entendo perfeitamente, mas nesse caso sejam honestos e não façam as pessoas perder tempo.
Lack of ethics and professionalism. I received a commercial at my house (Paulo) to which I dedicated 1 hour of my day to explain the project and to which they were to send a budget. I sent 3 emails to follow up on the topic and didn't even deign to answer. Lack of respect for your potential customers. If you are not interested in working or doing a specific project, I understand perfectly, but in this case, be honest and don't make people waste time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A minha experiência com a empresa Textilux não foi positiva, na medida em que verifiquei que é uma empresa com total falta de empatia e ética por não tentar resolver os problemas que surgem. Informaram-me que teria de substituir a estrutura do meu antigo toldo por se encontrar danificado, e eu assim o fiz, ou seja, «deitei fora» a estrutura antiga e adquiri nova nesta empresa. Posteriormente, constato que essa informação poderia não ser fidedigna e questionei a empresa, uma vez que tive um encargo que poderia ter sido evitado. A empresa não mostrou em momento algum vontade de resolver a situação, pelo contrário, mostraram arrogância e deixaram-me, enquanto cliente, com a sensação de que eu os estaria a querer enganar. Enviei mails, pedi para falar com o responsável e isso nunca aconteceu.
Não recomendo porque não querem, não sabem resolver problemas que saem da sua zona de conforto.
My experience with the Textilux company was not positive, as I verified that it is a company with a total lack of empathy and ethics for not trying to solve the problems that arise. They informed me that I would have to replace the structure of my old awning because it was damaged, and I did so, in other words, “I threw away” the old structure and acquired a new one at this company. I later found that this information might not be reliable and questioned the company as I had a charge that could have been avoided. The company did not at any time show willingness to resolve the situation, on the contrary, they showed arrogance and left me, as a customer, with the feeling that I was trying to deceive them. I sent emails, asked to speak with the person in charge and that never happened.
I don't recommend it because they don't want to, don't know how to solve problems that go out of their comfort zone.

Good job. We made a car port with this company and the treatment in the store as well as the visit for the budget was very professional and efficient, they also installed the awning a month earlier than estimated, that is if their prices are high.
