★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não há como se aproximar de um estabelecimento sequer regular, pois o habitual nesta clínica é que o cliente implore pelo atendimento.
Observei o mal comportamento profissional perpetrado na clínica, quando no uso de minhas justificativas questionei a recepcionista por não atender as ligações me obrigando ir até o estabelecimento para marcar um procedimento de botox.
Feita a marcação presencial e advertido pela recepcionista rispidamente que eu deveria utilizar mensagem ou WhatsApp para realizar o agendamento, fui até o estabelecimento.
Após me apresentar na recepção, no respectivo dia e aguardado por cerca de 40 minutos para ser atendido pelo Dr. Manuel Reis Jorge, finalmente fui chamado e para minha surpresa o mencionado medico me informa que não poderia realizar o procedimento pois acabará de utilizar o último frasco de toxina botulínica que estava na clínica. Situação superada imediatamente pela minha boa educação e paciência, fui convidado pelo médico a comparecer no dia seguinte para enfim realizar o procedimento.
Chegando à clínica no dia seguinte, uma sexta-feira, novamente espero por volta de 30-40 minutos para ser atendido pelo ‘respeitoso indivíduo’, no entanto antes de ser atendido já fui avisado que este estava com torcicolo e que não me poderia prestar atendimento e que dessa forma teria que ser atendido por outro profissional, outra no caso. Dra Andreia Elich, a qual quando a conheci, encontrava-se nitidamente desconfortável com a vergonha que, possivelmente, sabia estar participando.
Não bastado isso, enquanto aguardei o médico (Manuel Reis Jorge) passa, apresenta as suas justificativas e na sequência se despede da recepcionista que lhe retorna com um “boas férias Doutor”, oportuno não é?
Com isso descrevo essa absurda, descabida e inaceitável experiência , foi a segunda vez que fui a clínica, mas em hipótese alguma retornarei, pois eu não pago para ser maltratado e como qualquer pessoa que nasceu num país considerado pioneiro em serviços estéticos jamais vou me acostumar ao que é MENOS que regular.

I observed the bad professional behavior perpetrated in the clinic, when using my justifications, I questioned the receptionist for not answering the calls, forcing me to go to the establishment to schedule a botox procedure.
Having made the face-to-face appointment and warned by the receptionist sharply that I should use message or WhatsApp to make the appointment, I went to the establishment.
After presenting myself at the reception, on the respective day and waiting for about 40 minutes to be seen by Dr. Manuel Reis Jorge, I was finally called and to my surprise the aforementioned doctor informs me that he could not perform the procedure because he will just use the last one bottle of botulinum toxin that was in the clinic. This situation was immediately overcome by my good manners and patience. I was invited by the doctor to appear the next day to finally perform the procedure.
Arriving at the clinic the next day, a Friday, again I wait around 30-40 minutes to be seen by the 'respectful individual', however before being seen I was warned that he had a stiff neck and that he could not provide me that would have to be attended by another professional, another in this case. Dr. Andreia Elich, who when I met her, was clearly uncomfortable with the shame she possibly knew she was participating in.
That is not enough, while I waited for the doctor (Manuel Reis Jorge) to pass, he presents his justifications and then says goodbye to the receptionist who returns him with a “good holiday Doctor”, is it not appropriate?
With that I describe this absurd, unreasonable and unacceptable experience, it was the second time I went to the clinic, but under no circumstances will I return, because I do not pay to be mistreated and as anyone born in a country considered a pioneer in aesthetic services I will never get used which is LESS than regular.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei consulta, mas sequer fui atendido, profissional "espertinha" passou outra cliente em minha frente e alegou estar atrasada com a agenda...2 falhas: falta de respeito com as marcações e falta de gestão de agenda. Eis o bele cartão de visita da clínica.
I made an appointment, but I was not even attended to, a "smart" professional passed another client in front of me and claimed to be late with her schedule...2 flaws: lack of respect for appointments and lack of schedule management. Here's the clinic's nice business card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would avoid this place. They made my ayes look worse then before, and then gave me a refund but did not correct it and are now avoiding my emails and they even told me not to return to the clinic.
This is also the second time I have posted a review because the first one mysteriously disappeared.
I had hyaluronic acid filler under my eyes by Dr Miguel but it made the dark circles worse.
I got a refund but they did not correct the problem.
I booked another appointment to get the filler disolved but the doctor did not examine me, yet simply told me that it's impossible that my eyes could look worse. Very unprofessional. He also asked me not to come back to the clinic again!
In a certain light you can see that my dark circles look worse because there are two patches under my eyes which weren't there before. I told the doctor about these in my second appointment but he quickly said he couldn't see anything while making no effort to examine closely. He did agree to dissolve the filler but since he couldnt see the patches I refered to, the filler wasn't injected at the places where the patches were.
I also asked him whether he knew this problem could be because caused by the Tyndall Effect which is when hyaluronic acid gets injected to close to the surface of the skin, but he said he hadn't heard of this which is worrying.
I have sent them another email with photos of these patches because they are still there but they haven't replied.
