★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saí a correr do trabalho para chegar à hora da marcação e acabei por dar de caras com uma clínica completamente vazia (a marcação era as 11h e cheguei à porta às 11h02). Nunca se viu tal coisa. Ainda mais quando um cliente abandona o seu trabalho para conseguir arranjar estacionamento (que tem de pagar) e chegar a horas da consulta. E nem respondem às mensagens. Boa sorte a garantir uma carteira de clientes com esse nível de profissionalismo.
 I left work running to get to the appointment time and ended up finding a completely empty clinic (the appointment was at 11 am and I arrived at the door at 11.02 am). Such a thing has never been seen. Even more so when a client leaves his job to arrange parking (which he has to pay) and arrive on time for his appointment. Nor do they respond to messages. Good luck securing a client base with this level of professionalism.

Primeiramente que o atendimento é péssimo, a clínica é vazia e quando entras para ser atendido a suposta profissional que tenho quase certeza que não tem qualificação nenhuma e isso é muito sério! Ela diz para deitar na cadeira não faz marcações nada no rosto e simplesmente coloca o botox sem anestesia, sem gelo, sem marcação sem nada! Além de quase não colocar nada de produto, sem mentira nenhuma eu entrei e não fiquei mais de 3 minutos com ela na sala. Não sei como este lugar está aberto é uma farsa e perigoso
Don't throw your money away by going to that fake clinic. Both Cascais and Lisbon! Firstly, the service is terrible, the clinic is empty and when you enter to be attended to the supposed professional who I'm almost sure has no qualifications and that's very serious! She says to lie on the chair, she doesn't make any markings on her face and just puts the botox without anesthesia, without ice, without marking, without anything! In addition to almost not putting any product, without any lie I went in and didn't stay more than 3 minutes with her in the room. I don't know how this place is open it's a scam and dangerous

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I pay for the lip filler 200eur, and became with lumps and white balls around them. I was complaining saying that it's not turning good and they always saying that it will be give it time. After 3weeks I went there and they took it all without reimbursement or telling me to come and try again later. It's a fraud. Very poor quality of the products. It was not my first time trying HA but was the first time that everything wrong even the assistance.
