★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful apartment, modern and stylish plus in a great location. Absolutely loved my stay here! Is near the metro and supermarkets and the centre of Porto. Host met me and wine was left at check-in which was a nice touch. Would certainly return!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Porto Concierge made for a perfect, first stay in Porto. Good communication, quick replies, and a warm, concierge-like reception at our beautiful apartment in the historic area. Clean, spacious, comfortable with doors opening to a balcony overlooking a pretty square. All this just a few steps from the best restaurants and bakeries in town. We highly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, the location could not be better and the flat was just perfect. I had a bit of a rocky start but I also booked very late. I was arriving early than the check in time and had some back and forth over text about how to get into the flat, and where to store my luggage. But honestly, when the concierge came over and got me checked in early with a bottle of wine and apologies, it was all forgotten. The flat is quite large with a great little kitchen, a very comfortable queen sized bed, a big clean bathroom and EXCELLENT water pressure, a super comfortable living room with air con, all of the locks were just pin codes so you didn't have to worry about losing keys, and just lovely touches like the stone walls and a lovely bookshelf and decorations. HATS is on the backside of the building so very nice and quite. There was a small elevator and the building felt SO safe. As a solo female traveler, it's one of the most important factors when I pick a location and it was at the very beginning of the most perfect walking street Rua das Flores. You walk outside the door and you're in the middle of 4 adorable cafes and restaurants, beautiful music from street musicians, tourists and shopping. The location was PERFECT. Every time I got lost walking around the twisty turny streets, I would always end back up on Rua Das Flores and the location could not be more perfect for a first time visitor to Porto. Check out was a breeze and I just left my luggage in the lockers on the 4th floor. My only recommendation is that they explain that they lockers may be full and it's only available if there is a key sticking out of the lock. One other small hiccup was that they tried to organize transport to the airport for 20 euros for me, but they driver somehow ended up meeting at airport instead of at the flat. They were apologetic and offered to refund the uber I took instead. Overall, excellent hospitality and EXCELLENT flat and location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The flat was perfect. They even provided a bottle of wine. Fantastic location, near to metro station. It is possible to drop luggage at the welcome centre and take a break if you have several hours before or after flight . The apartment has everything you need - a washing machine, a coffee machine and a dishwasher.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cedofeita Village, Porto
We had a fabulous weekend and would definitely recommend this accommodation. We rented the whole complex for a weekend for 12 adults. The accommodation was excellent, very spacious and comfortable and close to all amenities. All apartments had a welcome bottle of wine. Beds (although mostly 2 singles pushed together) were very comfortable, there were kettles and coffee makers. The showers had good pressure, 2 little bottles of shower gel were provided. Fabio (who checked us in) was very quick to respond to any queries. We could easily walk to pubs, restaurants and places of interest. It was a slightly longer trek to Taylor’s Port but still manageable. We also found that taxis were very cheap. The restaurants we visited were all of excellent value – Puro 8050 (private table for 12 downstairs), Arco-da-Velha (rustic but excellent food and unlimited wine) and RUA Tapas (with live music and dancing). We chose set menus and had far too much to eat in all of them!
The entrance to Cedofeita Village is off a pedestrian precinct (about 500m from where the taxi drops you) through a large red door next to Marretas baby clothes shop (see pics). Just mentioning this because we were looking for the yellow house shown on the website, but this cannot be seen from the road. Through the door and up a flight of stairs, more stairs off to the left lead up to 4 apartments on 2 floors. Apartments G (grey) and S (silver) look out onto the street and can be a bit noisy at night if you are a light sleeper. Apartments R (red) and W (white) look out the back onto the communal area and both have French doors out to small, private table and 2 chairs. G, S and R are of similar size, W is slightly smaller. All very modern, contemporary and tastefully decorated. We would have liked more clothes space, there were no cupboards or drawers, most apartments had a small rail with a few hangers but nothing in apartment W.
Back to the first flight of stairs through the front door – further stairs lead up to the communal seating area (shown on website pics) past apartments R and W. On a sunny day this would have been great for all 12 of us to eat out. There are sunshade sails above. Past this seating area you then come to the garden and yellow villa shown on the website, there are more tables and chairs outside. The villa has a studio apartment to the left on the ground floor and a 2 bedroom apartment on the first and attic floors (top bedroom with 2 single beds would not be suitable for elderly or infirm guests). All rooms presented similarly to the apartments.
There were a couple of niggles. When we arrived at 5.30pm the cleaners were still in and some apartments not ready, they were finished around 6.30. They then sat at the private table outside apartment W and ate a meal talking at the tops of their voices! We had just arrived and wanted a quiet glass of wine with our friends in the garden. This didn’t happen again but there appeared to be some sort of storage room at the side of the apartments and cleaners came in and out talking loudly a few times and there were baskets of linen left in the little hallway inside the front door. Our apartments were not being cleaned during our stay so we were not sure why this happened. As we were out most of the day it wasn’t really a problem but we felt, as we had rented the whole complex, the access should be exclusively ours.
On arrival one apartment only had one towel, we didn’t have any soap, the upstairs villa had no remote control for the AirCon. Nothing a particular problem but a little more attention

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not stay here. This was a hugely disappointing flat due to the poor hygiene and lack of cleanliness. Firstly, it is a larger company that rent the flats so this is not a personal listing. The damp issue is completely unacceptable - the smell was unbearable. We did use the dehumidifier that was in the flat but there is no way of getting rid of that problem until it is fixed properly. The shower does not have appropriate ventilation meaning mould has also been left to grow and hasn't been cleaned properly in the interim, not to mention the shower tray that feels like it is about to break. Food utensils and equipment were left dirty - in a time of COVID this is absolutely unacceptable. The coffee machine didn't work properly. In totality this is a health hazard and should not be allowed to be rented and to be honest we would like a refund for our stay. Positives were that the location was good, and that check in was easy and friendly. We were told that they have been getting bad reviews recently from competitors but this clearly isn't the case!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After permission to travel during the Pandemic, I've booked via AirBnB The Porto Concierge - The Petrichor World apartment. It was a surprise to my wife and kids.
Booking done with more than 2 weeks in advance, requested baby chair for meals and a baby crib, service that was confirmed by the company.
While arriving to the apartment and leaving our sneakers at the hall, no baby meals chair or baby crib was found as well we have surprisingly saw a total lack of housekeeping service (photos attached are very clear on this) when booking was made and confirmed 2 weeks in advance, as well unfortunately the lack of professionalism of staff handling a situation like this after my immediate call to The Porto Concierge office. No solutions or alternatives given and almost no apologies were plan to be given, not even speaking of a possible post cancellation email was written with apologies.
I work in hospitality industry for a few years now, and have never ever seen such a lack of service.
Refund was immediately requested and still... after more than 3 months, waiting for 27€ that are missing to receive of total price paid in June. Hope The Porto Concierge owners can learn with this huge lack of service and professionalism of their staff and invest on proper hospitality training and procedures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an amazing stay in Porto. We booked a personal check-in in advance and the host was already available before the time we had planned together. The flat was in a perfect neighborhood, very close to a supermarket and only a few minutes away from the Douro river and Porto old town. Thanks to the balcony we always had sun ☀️. The rooms were nice and the beds comfy. Would definitely go back to this place.
Finally, the best about this accommodation was my lovely company who’s been staying there with me.
