★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After seeing some questionable reviews about this place I felt that after staying here for a week I would have my say.
Firstly, if you're expecting 5 star luxury then go next door, there is literally a 5 star hotel next door. If you've ever stayed in cheap self-catering apartments you know what you're letting yourself in for. The complex is generally quite worn and run down, the paths are uneven from where the tree roots have pushed them up. I imagine this place looked it's best in the 90s. The apartments are set in beautifully maintained gardens where you'll be able to relax in peace. A 16 person stag party came for the weekend and it was still very quiet.
The rooms are basic but perfectly adequate with a small kitchen, an electric hob, a fridge. A small LCD tv with local channels and some English channels. The WiFi was really fast and reached the room no problems. The room was cleaned daily with the beds being made, swept etc.
There was a nice pool area which was clean and seemed well kept, clean water etc. Children playing happily but no lifeguard.
The hotels location is good. It's only down the road from a square which has a well stocked supermarket (much better than the local Aldi) and a few restaurants and bars. Great location only down the road from a massive and beautifully clean beach. Walk up the beach to villamora took around an hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room very small, dark and outdated. Needs massive refurbishment. Had to share "dining" table with microwave and kettle. Clothes felt damp. Patio 4ft square. Place certainly not worth €231for the 7 days. Would not return.
