★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice restaurant. Fish and meat are cooked on the bbq grill! Friendly people and good food quite cheap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked for a table for one (as travelling alone), the man (owner) said that there was a table, but only for 2 people...and said in the rudest way possible, in front of other diners...I can’t review the food, I wish I could, but obviously they discriminate against solo travellers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst food I’ve eaten in Portugal. Over cooked, the waiter was almost rude he was so off hand and refused to try to understand us. I’m sure we’re not the first English speaking customers but I got the impression he wished we were elsewhere. I couldn’t finish my fish, I think they started cooking it the day before we got there. Avoid at all costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locals only Resturant. Not a tourist Resturant. Don’t come if you want to be treated special or politely. That being said.
We walked in almost 10pm on a Wednesday. Owner accepted us. Told us if we sat immediately we would get a table. Immediately in Alentejano means 15 minutes. Owner sat us n was very kind and happy to serve us.
We started off with the normal Portuguese appetizers (cheese, olives). He’s asked us first before placing on the table. Typically in Portugal, they’re already on the table and it’s pretty much pay for what you eat.
First up was a couple of the most delicious, freshest salads. Almost tastes like these were grown their personal garden. Followed by soup. Home made soup. Authentic Portuguese soup.
Remember we were a table of 8. Every person loved their entrée. Fish was perfect. Pork was perfect. Not a single complaint.
I did not forget to mention the fabulous house wine. The biggest critic of the family, a typical Portuguese critic, rated this restaurant 5 stars.
Thank you for a great experience. Keep it up. Don’t change anything.
Great outdoor seating as well with a great open window.
Side note.
Not all the fish is from the sea. Some is farm raised. The owner was very honest about what was and wasn’t from the ocean.
The 8 of us were all Portuguese blood. Some from Portugal some from The states.
Once again, thank you for being funny and having a great personality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best grilled octopus we had in whole of Portugal. It was our second time in Ti Vitoria, the first one was four years ago and the quality is still there. It's simple and cosy restaurant with day's catch on display. We are glad we came back for delicious dinner.
