★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível este cartão, bastantes poucas parcerias e caso tenhamos algum problema com o cartão, o serviço em si é horrivel, nunca atendem ou então atendem para dar outros numeros que não nos vão atender. Simplesmente desapontada
This card is horrible, there are very few partnerships and if we have any problems with the card, the service itself is horrible, they never answer or they answer to give other numbers that will not answer us. Simply disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why would you choose this company while its "competitors" operate way better, meaning MyTicket is accepted at way fewer places as well as doesn't work online? Also, when you contact the general support team because your payments would get rejected at many places that are supposed to take it, they will just say that I need to call the helpline because it's my problem -- when all your colleagues' cards are not accepted at the same place, how come is it my own? Even if it would be the case, the guy clearly seemed not willing to help and just fed up with me asking questions. I can't wait my employer to terminate the contract with them and go for another operator, to be honest. + One restaurant owner I met once shared his opinion saying that this company charges higher commission fees than all the others.
