★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the day of the concert, I somehow left my ticket at home, but as soon as I arrived to the place, I talked to the staff and they were super nice and managed to print a new ticket as the same as the original so I could go the show without any problem!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Concert delayed, asked for a refund and Ticketline does not return their fees. A greedy practice explicit in their Terms and Conditions with no justification. A policy that chooses to loose customer base in exchange for small change. I recommend anyone to do some research and find alternatives before acquiring tickets from this firm.
