After my girlfriend and I rent a scooter, we started our planned tour. Unfortuantly, our scooter caused a first incident in the first 10km. The electric starter stopped working and the kickstarter also caused issues. So we had to call the ticketshop office for help. The lady at the ticketshop wasn't very helpful and didn't care a lot, but after 3 - 4 phone calls, she finally sent someone for helping us. The guy came and convinced us, that everything is fine (even the battery was broken) and that we can use the kickstart. We tried it 3 - 4 times and it worked after some tries. So we continued our drive. Around 15 km later, the scooter stopped working again and the kickstarter also stopped working. A very helpful motobike driver tried also to start it via kickstart, but he also wasn't successful. So we started trying to call the ticketshop office again. This time, theere was no person at the ticketshop hotline. So we called the shop and the guy promised us to send someone (we were only 25 km away). After one hour of waiting in the heated sun with no shadow (it was 1 pm in the mid of august), we called the guy again. Anothee guy picked up the phone and he told us, that nothing happend yet - so the guy from the ticket shop office lied to us. We told the new ticketshop office guy where we are and he told us to send someone. A few minutes later, he called us and told me, that he has no idea, where we are. We were standing on a unknown road and as tourists, we had no knowledge of the current area. So we told him the streetname which was displayed in Google Maps. This didn't seemed to be a clear address, because he went unfriendly and told us, that we have to give an exact position. I suugested, that he sends me a DM in WhatsApp and after I got his number, I will send m location via WhatsApp. He agreed and we stopped the call. Instead of sending me a DM, he called me 3 minutes later and told me, that we have to call the ticketshop hotline and that he won't help us. I don't know why he wasn't able to send my location to his colleagues or why he waited so long giving me this information, but the ticketshop seems to have a lot of employees, that really don't care for the customer. So we called the ticketshop hotline again and after the unhelpful lady heared my voice again, she putted me into the phone lane without saying any word. So I was waiting there for 5 mins until I quit the call, because my phone bill will increase a lot because of these calls. Two calls later (after the lady didn't pick up the phone), the guy, that helped us in first place, picked up the phone. We described our location and he told me that he tries to find someone who picks us up. 10 mins later, he called me and told me that nobody is near us - we were still only 25 km away from the office. He adviced me to call the insurance. During calling the insurence, I noticed, that there was a computer voice only talking portugues. I can only talk a little bit of spanish, so we weren't able to get to a insurance employee. During this time it was already 4 pm and we gave the scooter a last chance. Suddently we had luck and it started so we were able to bring it back to the ticketshop office. After arriving there, the employee admitted, that the battery was broken and that he can't use it for further rents. After asking for a cashback, he told me, that he isn't sure if we are saying the truth and that we have to pay for the used gasoline. My hint according his sentence, that he can't rent this scooter anymore was ignored. So after some discussions, he finally agreed, that we don't have to pay the fuel (which was like a few euros, because most of the time, we were standing next to a road).
After these experiences, we decided to rate this ticketshop, because we don't want others to experience the same trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After we rented a scooter, everything seemed to fit at first.
After about 10 kilometers the scooter didn't start anymore. After countless telephone calls, with partly incompetent personnel, a technician was finally sent to us. Then the scooter could be started again by kickstart. The technician said it was a problem with the battery, now we always have to start by kickstart, because the electric starter doesn't work anymore, but nothing stands in the way of a continuation. After another 15 kilometres the same problem occurred again. This time the scooter could not be started by kickstart. Again we called the service hotline, which was however no longer occupied. After further attempts in the store, we were assured that they would take care of it. After we had waited an hour in the blazing sun, we called the shop again to find out where we stood. It turned out that the employee hadn't cared. Countless telephone calls and discussions followed, since nobody wanted to send us a technician. At the end we should call the insurance company to pick up the scooter and take us back to the store. Since we don't speak Portuguese it was not possible to understand the computer on the phone. After 2-3 hours the scooter started one last time by kickstart. Without stopping, we brought the scooter back to the store, where the employee wanted to withhold fuel money because we had not refilled. After further discussions we received the deposit back in full and rejected the offer of a replacement scooter.
All in all, a customer-unfriendly company that does not provide the necessary support in the event of a breakdown.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a horrible experience with one of their boat trips.
Firstly, the bus driver who picked us up was rude, saying to all the passengers who were picked up later on, that me and my friend were late (unfortunately, we were 5 min late) and although, we apologized he was making demeaning remarks to other passengers about us.
Secondly, the company did not tell us beforehand about the size of the boat. They show you pictures with tours with big boats but unfortunately, the size of our boat was very small. A small boat going on a high speed bounces off like crazy! I got very nauseous and my friend who has back issues suffered the following days. On our way back it was very cold coz the boat was open, and they provided no blankets for this. Additionally, no info was provided throughout the tour about the sights visited.
Finally, due to the fact that the tour finished earlier because nobody wanted to swim, we waited for the bus for 40 minutes at the Port. The 1st driver had told us that the bus will pick us up at 9.00 at night but it arrived 25 minutes later. However, the 2nd driver was very polite. In general, the whole experience was a very exhausting and bad one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ End up in this place through a travel agency in Olhos d'Água, and rented a scooter for 2 days. Guy a bit rude explaining the deal and with an attitude towards women, as in not speaking directly. Apart from that, recommended a scooter for your time exploring Algarve, super fun!
