Se por acaso for para lá, porque não tem indicação nenhuma que é para deficientes, e aparecer uma pessoa com deficiência para ir para esse mesmo provedor, vem uma empregada tirar-nos de lá, para irmos para outro provedor porque aquele é para deficientes e está lá uma pessoa com deficiência à espera. Empregada extremamente arrogante e mal educada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Num sábado à tarde apenas têm uma caixa a atender enquanto duas funcionárias estão noutra caixa a conversar. Quando perguntamos se não tinham outra caixa para registar disseram que não estava a funcionar quando claramente não era verdade. Até dimento muito fraco. A fila chegava quase à porta da loja.
On a Saturday afternoon, they only have one cashier to answer while two employees are in another cashier talking. When we asked if they didn't have another box to register they said it wasn't working when it clearly wasn't. Even very weak diment. The line reached almost to the door of the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive numa fila para pagar na caixa, com mais de 10 pessoas com duas funcionárias livres a ver recibos e uma caixa a não ser utilizada. Depois de um tempo exagerado de espera, nenhuma funcionária teve a liberdade de espírito de ajudar a fila a avançar nos pagamentos.
Protocolo inaceitável. Ainda me mentiram que a caixa não estava a funcionar, quando posteriormente a usaram para tal.
I was in a line to pay at the cashier, with more than 10 people with two free employees looking at receipts and an unused cashier. After an exaggerated waiting time, no employee had the freedom of mind to help the queue advance payments.
Protocol unacceptable. They still lied to me that the box wasn't working, when they later used it for that.
