★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Roupa de qualidade e bons preços, mas raramente consigo levar uma compra até ao fim, e quando faço é com um esforço tremendo devido ao calor horrivel que faz na loja. É um absurdo. É que até nas vendedoras se nota o desconforto, então a quem tem que vestir e despir é bastante pior.
Quality clothes and good prices, but I rarely get a purchase to the end, and when I do it is with a tremendous effort due to the horrible heat it makes in the store. It's absurd. The fact is that even the salespeople notice the discomfort, so that who has to dress and undress is much worse.

Music at a very high volume, in such a way, that I hardly heard the person accompanying me. I asked the employee if it was normal for the music to be so loud, and she replied that it was normal, an answer given in a tone of total contempt for the client.

Fez me ir a casa e voltar á loja, em altura de pandemia.
Numa promoção de 50 por cento em 5 peças não fez a troca de duas peças mantendo o desconto da promoção.
Diz que isso estava escrito num placard, que não estava, e depois que estava no talão, que também não estava, que não era mantido o nível de desconto em caso de troca.
Resumindo para ter o referido desconto teria que levar todas as peças á loja novamente....
Concerteza vai ser promovida em breve.
The manager is a liar.
It made me go home and go back to the store, at a time of pandemic.
In a 50 percent promotion on 5 pieces he did not exchange two pieces keeping the promotion discount.
It says that this was written on a placard, which was not, and after it was on the receipt, which was also not, that the discount level in case of exchange was not maintained.
In short, to have that discount, I would have to take all the pieces to the store again ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This brand seems like targeted for teenagers or the young generation, based on the designs. They also have small sizes (s & xs) which fit me perfectly. The price is reasonable. Plenty of fitting rooms for you to try. The only thing I was shocked : before Christmas, they put 50% off signs in many clothes racks in the shop. Some racks didn't have that sign. So you would assume the racks with 50% off signs mean it's on sales and vice versa. It stated very clearly valid from 24/11-25/12/2020. Turned out its not the case. I picked up all the clothes I like and paid more than 200€. Not a single piece of clothes was on sales. Not a single cent off. I paid full price. Then, after I paid, they gave me a voucher for the NEXT PURCHASE which give me 50% off then. It's only valid till 10/01/2021, which last about 1 month only. And you can only shop in this shop, not any other tiffosi shops or online. Not with vouchers or gift card. Not get the discount if the items you pick is already on sales (even just a few euros off). So a lot of restricted rules to get the discount. But the mostunacceptable thing is they were misleading customers to think items with 50% off signs are on sales while in fact nothing is on sales then. Beware!
