★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessoal muito simpatico mas vendeu me botas de trabalho waterproof que deixam os pês tudo molhados depois do segundo dia. Mesmo trata das com produto, não dá para andar na herva molhada. Posso devolver em qualquer loja Timberland do païs?
Very friendly staff but sold me waterproof work boots that let the feet all wet after the second day. Even treats with product, you can not walk in the wet herb. Can I return to any Timberland store in the country?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desiludido com a garantia dos relógios. Após comprar um, algum tempo depois, descolaram peças do mostrador, e a garantia mesmo não considerando que foi mau uso, cobra 7.50€. A meu ver, é má política da marca, pois foi defeito de fabrico... marca de prestígio assumiria todos os custos.
Disappointed with the warranty of the watches. After buying one, some time later, they took off parts of the dial, and the warranty even not considering that it was misused, charges 7.50 €. In my view, it is a bad brand policy, as it was a manufacturing defect ... a prestigious brand would assume all costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito simpáticos.. MAS porém às vezes uma pessoas não pode entrar na loja descansada.. tem constantemente 3 pessoas a olhar cada passo que damos.
Uma altura e comprei lá umas botas e entretanto pus-me a ver outras coisas, e perguntaram-me se estava a ver o preço.. como é óbvio respondi.. “É claro que estou!”
Very friendly.. BUT sometimes a person cannot enter the store relaxed.. there are constantly 3 people watching every step we take.
At one point I bought some boots there and in the meantime I started looking at other things, and they asked me if I was looking at the price.. of course I replied.. “Of course I am!”
