★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tudo de mau....Na primeira visita constatei que para as funcionárias era uma tarefa MUITO difícil trocar a pilha de um relógio (citizen não comprado lá) desisti. Nessa mesma visita pedi pilha para um Nixon comprado lá pelo meu marido e como ainda se encontrava na garantia foi para a marca. Passou mais de um mês e ninguém me dizia nada sobre o relógio, hoje fui a loja onde me dizerem que o fabricante cobra 20€ para a troca da pilha. Pouco profissionalismo a todos os níveis. O meu relógio ainda se encontra na marca, foi deixado nesta loja dia 5/9/2019
All bad .... On the first visit I found that for the employees was a very difficult task to change the battery of a watch (citizen not bought there) I gave up. That same visit I asked for a battery for a Nixon bought there by my husband and as it was still under warranty went to the brand. More than a month passed and nobody told me anything about the watch, today I went to the store where they tell me that the manufacturer charges 20 € for the replacement of the battery. Unprofessionalism at all levels. My watch is still on the mark, it was left in this store on 5/9/2019
