Deu me dois catálogos de cores para eu ver outras alternativas. Fui para casa. Os catálogos eram para tintas aquosas e tinha lá algumas das cores que eu queria. Fui ao site da Barbot e encontrei aquilo que queria. Apontei a referencia do produto e as cores que queria. Voltei à loja, o funcionário disse que tinha o produto em stock mas não consegui-a encontrar nem produto nem as cores no sistema. Mandou me comprar pelo site. Assim sendo para que servem as lojas físicas?
I went to this store to try to buy synthetic enamel. The attendant told me he didn't have the colors I wanted for synthetic enamel. Gave me two color catalogs so I could see other alternatives. I went home. The catalogs were for aqueous paints and there were some of the colors I wanted. I went to the Barbot website and found what I wanted. I pointed out the product reference and the colors I wanted. I went back to the store, the employee said he had the product in stock but I couldn't find the product or the colors in the system. He ordered to buy me through the website. So what are physical stores for?
