★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima péssima e pessima, é o que posso dizer da experiência que tive com esta empresa. O contacto com a Sra Simone Reis deveria ser gravado e partilhado. Raramente atendem o telefone fixo. Poucas vezes atendem o telemóvel e não respondem a mensagens SMS. Quanto à troca de mails o mesmo se passa. Quando é conseguida a comunicação ora me pedem previamente metade valor ora a totalidade. Paguei 25€ pelo orçamento e nenhum documento me deixaram. Até agora os meus pedidos da factura não deram em nada. Como é possível o Leroy Merlin trabalhar com esta empresa. Que má imagem passam
Terrible lousy and lousy is what I can say from the experience I had with this company. Contact with Ms Simone Reis should be recorded and shared. They rarely answer the landline. They rarely answer the cell phone and do not reply to SMS messages. As for the exchange of emails, the same happens. When communication is achieved, they ask me in advance for half the amount, sometimes the entire amount. I paid €25 for the budget and no documents left me. So far my invoice requests have come to nothing. How is it possible for Leroy Merlin to work with this company. What a bad image they get
