★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the very least responsible and uncaring courier service I have ever encountered. We tried using them for a very simple transport across country. The disorganization and lack of communication among the "different branches" was astounding. Worst of all.. Not even the slightest hint of remorse or an apology for wasting so much of our time. There was a total lack transparency from their "customer support". The lady flat out lied followed up with lame excuses for their mistakes and reckless incompetence. I will never use this service again for anything. PERIOD

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No one should ever send anything with TNT.
We have received the package damaged. It took over 3 weeks to deliver it, though original estimate was 5 days. Invoice that was issued to us was 8 times higher than estimated !!! Whenever we are trying to connect with TNT to resolve the situation with wrong invoicing and damaged goods we are treated like a the last person they would ever talk to. Customer service is extremely arrogant and not helpful at all.
the WORST delivery service I have ever experienced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company ever. Their delivery guy stole my post. When I tried to complain nobody answer on their line for hours. After almost 3 hours waiting someone talked with me and didn't helped me at all. I have all proof they stole my post. Also, when I tried to complain about them with the official support for FedEx they didn't help and they told me they not really related to FedEx in Europe. Conclusion - nobody take responsibility! Be aware and save yourself from this company. It's never happened for me with UPS.
By the way -
The package that was stolen contained a VERY expensive med for the problem my partner is suffering from.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Convenient location and pleasant employee. It was very easy to fill out my airbill and customs forms. Ample parking and FedEx does provide shipping materials.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So TNT courier arrived 10 days late! They accepted the return booking and never showed to pick it up! Then I had to deal with a very rude receptionist at their offices who wouldn't accept the package unless I showed ID despite the fact I was having to drive to the airport office to deliver the package. Turns out they put the package on block to their inability to sort out an incorrect billing situation which was their fault not ours! Ironically the package had their cheque in it! This is the last straw in a long line of incidents and we never use TNT again as a company!
