★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou à espera duma encomenda internacional que ficou retida na Alfândega, já lá vão 9 dias! Não recebi nenhum contacto da Fedex, liguei 3 vezes o serviço de apoio ao cliente dá respostas vagas sem qlqr conteúdo.
Dizem sempre que vão colocar uma nota para que o serviço aduaneiro me ligue, mas ninguém liga.
Um envio dito expresso vai em 14 dias, não aconselho! a DHL é bem mais rápida, eficaz e não cobra um rim para desalfandegar as encomendas.
FEDEX nunca mais!
 I'm waiting for an international order that was held at Customs, it's been 9 days! I did not receive any contact from Fedex, I called the customer service 3 times and gives vague answers without any content.
They always say that they will put a note for the customs service to call me, but nobody cares.
An express express shipment will take 14 days, I do not advise! DHL is much faster, more effective and does not charge a kidney to clear customs orders.
FEDEX never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star is far too generous for a company that is unable to deliver an item on time and can’t even update the tracking records. A day of waiting totally wasted.
Can’t FedEx send notifications with a time slot allocation for delivery? I would have thought this was an easy feature to add considering that Couriers in most Countries already do that and with today’s technology that should be very easy to manage. FedEx is supposed to be an Express Courier but it takes one week to get a package from Italy to Portugal, really?! They are probably offering the cheapest rates for businesses.
I have used DHL before and never takes more than three days.
