★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was our second visit and the second time our booking was lost ! However, not to worry on either occasion. It was explained that "mother" is not really up to the task but insists on doing it. The place has two locations on opposite side of the road - do go to the newer one (not the restaurant side) and you'll have immaculate rooms and a peaceful nights sleep. There are local bars/eateries or you can get a cab into Covilha city. Great value so book with confidence.
