O cliente tem pagar sempre. Os serviços estão mal organizados e acho que não cumprem os critérios que as marcas lhes confiam. Deviam ser auditados e remover as acreditaçoes que têm afixadas porque são completamente irrealistas em relação à qualidade de serviço

The services are poorly organized and I think they do not meet the criteria that the brands entrust to them. They should be audited and remove the accreditations they have posted because they are completely unrealistic in relation to the quality of service
