★ ★ ★ ★ ★ דירה במקום מרכזי. חניה פרטית ומקורה. ממש ליד המטרו שלוקחת אותנו לפורט בחמש דקות. הדירה גדולה ומרווחת. יש בה כל מה שתבקש. המארח אדגר אישיות מדהימה. אנו נשאר אתו בקשר וכבר בטיול הבא נחזור לכאן.
Apartment in a central location. Private and covered parking. Right next to the metro which takes us to the port in five minutes. The apartment is large and spacious. It has everything you could ask for. Host Edgar has an amazing personality. We will stay in touch with him and already on the next trip we will return here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Первое, о чем хочется сказать, это необычайное гостеприимство и радушие хозяина аппартаментов. Никогда и нигде мы не встречали настолько заботливого и внимательного человека как Эдгар. Только ради знакомства с ним следовало посетить Португалию! Аппартаменты представляют собой квартиру на 10 этаже с прекрасным видом из окон. Здание расположено очень выгодно. В нескольких шагах есть супермаркет, кафе с выпечкой, множество магазинчиков. Прямо под зданием через дорогу конечная станция метро, откуда 5-6 остановок до исторического центра Порту. Аппартаменты стильно и уютно оформлены. Есть две спальни (рдна с двуспальной, другая с двумя односпальными кроватями). Очень качественное постельное белье. Кухня просторная и функциональная. Есть абсолютно вся кухонная и бытовая техника (за исключением стиральной машины). Нет никаких пожеланий гостей, которые бы Эдгар не предугадал заранее. Прекрасная расслабляющая музыка, три сорта портвейна, вино, продукты в холодильнике. Сервис на уровне 5 звезд. Для путешествующих на машине важно наличие собственного парковочного места в закрытом гараже минусового этажа здания. Мы непременно вернемся сюда в нашу следующую поездку в Португалию.
The first thing I want to say is the extraordinary hospitality and hospitality of the owner of the apartments. Never and nowhere have we met such a caring and attentive person as Edgar. Only for the sake of acquaintance with him should visit Portugal! Apartments are an apartment on the 10th floor with a beautiful view from the windows. The building is very profitable. A few steps away there is a supermarket, a cafe with pastries, many shops. Right under the building across the road is the final metro station, from where 5-6 stops to the historic center of Porto. Apartments are stylishly and comfortably decorated. There are two bedrooms (double bed, the other with two single beds). Very high quality linens. The kitchen is spacious and functional. There is absolutely all kitchen and household appliances (except for the washing machine). There are no guests wishes that Edgar would not have foreseen in advance. Beautiful relaxing music, three varieties of port wine, wine, products in the refrigerator. Service at the level of 5 stars. For traveling by car, it is important to have your own parking space in the closed garage of the negative floor of the building. We will certainly return here on our next trip to Portugal.

There is nothing negative to say. The apartment has everything you need, it is very clean and in a perfect location. The owner is simply great. Attentive, friendly ... He left us a lot of details for the meals. When I return to this area I know where I am going to stay. From 10!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brilliant place and lovely host. Edgar looks after you very well with certain provisions laid out such as; fruit, sweets, cold meats, drinks, bread and pastries and a great half bottle of red. He is always on hand for help. The flat is also well provisioned, with an equipped kitchen, tv, free WiFi, dining table and sofa. The bathroom is good with plenty of towels and toilet roll. The only snag in the bathroom is water, whilst having a shower, will end up on the floor. The winner for me is the secured parking underneath. Porto and parking don't go together. The bedroom contains a very hard double bed mattress, that level of firmness may not be to everyone's liking, it was OK for me. There is a wardrobe in there too. The downside is the noise, overlooking the Santo Ovidio Station and the lanes of traffic running alongside does unfortunately create a large amount of noise even for an apartment 10 floors up. Do bring ear plugs! Also the extractor fans in the bathroom and kitchen are centrally controlled throughout the block, so you have to keep doors closed to shut out that noise. Worth recommending if you need an apartment with parking in Porto. Edgar is a star host and will help you with tourist type questions too.
