★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se não for o pior serviço de transporte em Portugal, será, certamente, um dos piores. Após 1 semana para entregarem uma encomenda dentro de Portugal e em que ninguém sabe dar informações, é digno de um serviço de terceiro mundo em que não há qualquer tipo de regulação nem controlo.
 If it is not the worst transport service in Portugal, it will certainly be one of the worst. After 1 week to deliver an order within Portugal and where nobody knows how to give information, it is worthy of a third world service in which there is no regulation or control.

Ive called Torrestir for several hours: It rings but Nobody picks up the phone.
The "aviso" they left has no phone or email either so I guess Torrestir does not want to be called or contacted.
A "carrier" who does not want to have contacts...
Reading below I also see they post "promotional reviews" here made by fake accounts or employees probably so the negative reviews are not on top.
Lousy Experience!
I will not buy again from someone using this carrier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On October 6, 2020 a parcel was sent to me by a firm with a contract with Torrestir for delivery within 24 hours (because they send many perishable goods). In spite of various promises of a «speedy delivery» or «delivery this same day», the goods have still not arrived on October 13, 2020.
On the website a phone number is mentioned, but there is never anyone present to answer the phone.
So all in all not really a good experience.
