Comunicação muito difícil, não facilitaram, não ajudaram, só colocaram problemas , não transmitiram com clareza ao cliente todas as informações necessárias para que o transporte fosse efetuado com maior eficácia dentro dos prazos necessários. 2 meses a trocar e-mails que mais pareciam telegramas ...
 I do not recommend. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que pena que ainda preciso dar uma estrela. Eles nunca avisamos a dia de entrega, mas estava em casa e eles mentiram que não estamos - nem bateu na porta. Depois faz chilique que nossa rua era não acessível mas fica somente 40 metros da rua principal - não tem carrinho de carga ????
Ainda queria cobrar mais 150 euros para uma segunda entrega.
Too bad I still need to give one star. They never let us know the delivery day, but I was at home and they lied that we're not - not even knocked on the door. Then it makes a fuss that our street was not accessible but it's only 40 meters from the main street - there's no cargo cart ????
Still wanted to charge another 150 euros for a second delivery.

The drivers they employ have no manners and are simply put idiots. I wouldn't use this company if they were the only one operating in portugal. A horrible company!!!!
