A instalação correu de forma excelente, tudo foi realizado com imenso profissionalismo, com excelente aconselhamento, flexibilidade e atenção ao detalhe. Até nos ajudaram em questões estruturais da casa que foram aparecendo durante a instalação, sempre com simpatia e mostrando-se muito prestáveis. O resultado foi uma excelente instalação com impacto visual minimo, muito pelo esforço do Técnico e equipa. Ficámos muito contentes com o serviço e a excelente relação qualidade/preço. Aconselhamos vivamente a utilização da TOTALFRIO.
Em 2021, fizemos manutenção normal dos ACs com a TOTALFRIO, com a qual mantemos uma relação de confiança. A manutenção foi realizada rapidamente com excelente relação qualidade/preço. Continuamos a aconselhar a TOTALFRIO.
In 2020, we made a budget for the placement of 3 air conditioners (and an outdoor unit) in a T3 apartment. The installation went excellently, everything was carried out with great professionalism, with excellent advice, flexibility and attention to detail. They even helped us with structural issues of the house that came up during the installation, always with sympathy and being very helpful. The result was an excellent installation with minimal visual impact, thanks largely to the effort of the Technician and team. We were very happy with the service and the excellent quality/price ratio. We strongly advise you to use TOTALFRIO.
In 2021, we carried out regular maintenance of the ACs with TOTALFRIO, with which we maintain a trusting relationship. Maintenance was carried out quickly with excellent value for money. We continue to advise TOTALFRIO.

I really liked the work carried out by Mr Maurício, I wanted a more powerful and more expensive machine but as it is understood that Mr Maurício advised me a weaker machine but that works perfectly for what I wanted, it did not call for euros but for the necessary comfort for the customer
