★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A minha esposa e eu, adquirimos nesta loja uma BeSafe – Cadeira Auto IZI Modular i-Size para a nossa filha. Fomos atendidos por uma funcionária (que infelizmente não retive o nome) simpática e disponível que nos tirou as duvidas em relação a esta e outras cadeiras equivalentes, como no Marshopping, da loja até ao parque de estacionamento ainda são alguns metros, foi-nos informado pela mesma funcionária que nos levariam a cadeira ao carro e se necessário a montavam, decidimos avançar com compra, mas como ainda íamos dar mais uma volta no shopping, ficou acordado mais tarde passarmos para então nos levarem a cadeira, e assim ficou combinado. Mais ou menos uma hora depois regressamos, mas a funcionária que nos tinha vendido a cadeira já não se encontrava nas instalações. Explicamos a outra funcionária (que infelizmente também não retive o nome) que vínhamos levantar a cadeira, solicitou-nos a fatura, e foi ao armazém, assim que regressa, coloca a caixa da cadeira no chão e limita-se a ficar a olhar para nós… Ao que questiono se não ia levar a cadeira ao carro, a funcionária responde que se necessário disponibilizava um carrinho para NÓS levarmos a cadeira ao carro… Respondo que não tinha sido isso que tinha ficado combinado com a colega dela, mas ela responde novamente que era assim… Infelizmente, já tinha pago, porque se não o tivesse feito, garanto que não entrava 1 único € nessa loja!
My wife and I purchased a BeSafe - IZI Modular i-Size Car Seat for our daughter at this store. We were attended by a friendly and available employee (who unfortunately did not retain the name) who took the doubts regarding this and other equivalent chairs, as in Marshopping, from the store to the parking lot, it is still a few meters away, we were informed by the same employee who would take the chair to the car and, if necessary, assemble it, we decided to proceed with the purchase, but as we were still going for another walk in the mall, it was agreed later to move on to take us the chair, and so it was agreed. About an hour later we returned, but the employee who had sold us the chair was no longer on the premises. We explained to another employee (who unfortunately did not retain the name) that we were going to lift the chair, asked us for the invoice, and went to the warehouse, as soon as she returned, put the chair box on the floor and just looked at it. we… When I ask if I was not going to take the chair to the car, the employee replies that if necessary we provided a cart for WE to take the chair to the car… I reply that this was not what had been agreed with her colleague, but she responds again it was like that… Unfortunately, I had already paid, because if I hadn't done it, I guarantee that a single € wouldn’t enter that store!
